1. Service provider
The service provider is Location Stock (the “Provider”).
2. Scope
These terms govern your access to and use of this marketing website and the StockForge - Location Stock Shopify app. Use of Shopify and app installation is also subject to Shopify’s terms and the conditions presented during installation via the Shopify App Store.
3. Service description
StockForge - Location Stock lets you display inventory availability by location on product pages using a theme block and simple admin settings. The service may include options such as visibility controls (exact quantities vs. stock status) and location ordering.
The Provider may modify or improve the service. Available features depend on the released version and your plan configuration in Shopify.
4. Merchant responsibilities
- You must have a valid Shopify account and permissions to install apps and edit your theme.
- You are responsible for your configuration (for example, what information you choose to display to end customers on your storefront).
- You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
5. Plans and billing
Plans and charges are managed within Shopify (Managed App Pricing). Charges, taxes, and billing documents are handled by Shopify according to your active plan and the listing configuration. You can view the listing at Shopify App Store.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes.
- Attempt to access, interfere with, or exploit the service outside the intended APIs and flows.
- Introduce malware, perform attacks (e.g., brute force), or degrade service availability.
7. Intellectual property
The Provider retains all rights in the software, documentation, trademarks and proprietary content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service while the app is installed and you comply with these terms.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Support
Support is provided via email (support@locationstockapp.com) .
10. Termination
You can stop using the service by uninstalling the app from Shopify. After uninstall, we will stop providing the service and may delete related data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we must retain it for legal obligations or to handle claims.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Provider is established (ES). Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the Provider’s place of business .
